Triomab® Programs

TRION currently runs three development programs in several cancer indications:
- Removab®/catumaxomab is a Triomab® antibody targeting EpCAM, one of the most frequently expressed antigens on solid tumors. The compound is marketed in the EU for the intraperitoneal treatment of malignant ascites in patients with EpCAM-positive carcinomas. Phase II studies for the treatment of ovarian and gastric cancer are ongoing.
- Rexomun®/ertumaxomab, a Triomab® antibody targeting HER-2neu, is being tested against metastatic breast cancer in a broad Phase II program.
- Lymphomun/FBTA05 is in phase I / II for the treatment of B cell lymphoma. The compound targets CD20.
All three programs are being developed in collaboration with Fresenius Biotech.
TRION has additional unpartnered Triomab® programs in development, e.g.
- Ektomun® is in pre-clinical development for the treatment of malignant melanoma.
